Our award-winning team includes an RIBA Chartered Architect and a Conservation Accredited Architect (AABC). Our team is creative, highly-skilled and has a passion for sustainable design. Our HQ is based at The Nook, Cullompton in Devon, with a central Exeter meeting space. We work across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and beyond.
With over 80 years combined professional architectural experience, our 3 architects, supported by our Practice Manager, have a wealth of specialist knowledge and experience in the conservation, refurbishment and renovation of Listed Buildings and the sustainable design of extensions and new builds. Our team have also worked extensively in conservation areas and are experts in negotiating and justifying planning proposals.
We are a RIBA Chartered Practice. This demonstrates that hmad|architects is committed to excellence in design and customer service. All RIBA accredited Chartered Practices must meet a strict eligibility criterion, including adhering to the RIBA's Code of Conduct.
